1. Data we collect

Account data: email address or phone number, country or region, nickname, invitation code and password (stored only as a salted hash).

Verification data: where identity verification is required, the documents and details you submit for that check.

Activity data: trades, positions, wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals and support messages.

Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, approximate location and diagnostic logs used to keep the Platform secure and stable.

2. How we use your data

To create and operate your account, execute and settle trades, and process deposits and withdrawals.

To verify identity, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations.

To provide support, send service notices about your account, and improve reliability and performance of the Platform.

3. Sharing

We share only what is necessary with providers that help us run the service: cloud hosting and databases, authentication, market data, and payment or payout partners used for your deposits and withdrawals.

We may disclose data where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Platform.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that restrict records to your own account.

Verification documents are held in private storage accessible only to authorised review. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong unique password and keep your credentials private.

5. Retention

Account, transaction and verification records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Diagnostic logs are kept for a shorter period.

6. Your choices

You can view and update your profile details in your account centre, and request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data through the support centre.

Some data must be retained even after account closure where the law requires it. Deleting data that is essential to your account may mean we can no longer provide the service.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your theme, language and account-mode preferences, and to keep sessions secure. Blocking them may break sign-in and trading features.

8. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
